Chromium Corporation restores worn EMD and GE valves with our CRODON^® lining. The complete process includes a thorough cleaning, die penetrant inspection, surface preparation, hydrogen degassing and valve stem CRODON^® application and seat refinishing.

The superior hardness of CRODON provides better resistance to wear and provides longer life. Chromium's restandardized valves have been tested by a major OEM and were found to be superior to all other restoration processes. There are currently thousands of valves restandardized by Chromium Corporation in service in the field.
